Wow, I didn't intend for this to be so long. He took the time and did his best, and fixed a few of the keys! We learned it was beyond repair, and he was honest with me about my options- but he was SO helpful and thorough.
One woman helped me get an earlier Genius Bar appointment when I walked in (thank you if you're reading this!) and another gentleman was AWESOME in taking the time to try and fix my keyboard (a few keys were sticking).
I'm so mad I don't have the names of the other people who helped me. Because of them and the other kind people who helped me here, I couldn't recommend this location more. I really appreciated their friendliness and assistance. Jade and Anee/Alee (I'm a dud and wish I can't recall if it was a N or L) were so extremely kind and helpful and made my visits seamless. Everyone was extremely helpful, fast and I was able to get all my issues resolved. I came in I would give the customer service here a 10/10. Okay- I have been to this Apple store 5 times in the last two weeks for issues with my old laptop and eventually traded it for a new one!Įvery.
